SCHEMES RULES & REGULATION.
1)
Scheme is for 36 Months.
2)
Draw date. –
3)
Per ID: 1000/- Rs.
4)
Per Individual ID Number will be provided and a
Card will be given. Where he has to take signature every month mandate when he
pays the amount to the company.
5)
Total Amount of person according to 36 draws i.e.
36000/-
6)
Reference amount 500 Rs. per ID. One time.
Minimum references allowed 10 ids.
7)
If customer has paid 2 draw amount and due to
any circumstances he is not able to pay any further amount for remaining month than
his paid amount will be collapsed.
8)
If customer has paid 3 draw amount and he is not
able to pay from 4th draw than he is liable to take amount after completion of
36 draws.
9)
The prizes amount of individual draw will be
given in gold/Cash.

10) If
any member is in need of money for any emergencies he/she can avail a loan
facility of 70% from his total amount paid till that draw
11) Member
has to bear an interest of 2% of total loan amount till the time of refund.
12) Members
not getting gold prize will get there total amount back of 36000 + 2000 = 38000
at the end of the scheme.
13) Any
member has taken partial withdraw in any consecutive month he/she has to return
back his amount till 32nd draw. If he is not able to pay than he is
not able to get additional amount of Rs. 2000/- at the end of the scheme.
14) There
will be special one day picnic for all the members.
